A: Yes, we can do all custom sizes ranging from 4 x 6 to 48 x 84.
Q: What is your average production turn around time?
A: Most single print orders ship out in 3-4 business days. Large, 40 x 60 and larger, ship out within 4-6 business days, wood crate required. Larger quantity orders typically ship out within 4-6 business days.
Q: What metal do you use?
A: We use the highest quality Chromaluxe aluminum panels. We also utilize aluminum framing and aluminum faceplates for our standard hangers.
Q: I plan on hanging my print in a high foot-trafficked area. What is the best hanging solution for this?
A: We offer a security cleat hanger and t-screw that will lock your print onto the wall and make it earthquake safe. The security cleat hanger can only be used with our gallery mount and Euro frame.
Q: How much do your metal prints weigh?
A: Surprisingly, our metal prints are very lightweight. Our 48 x 84 print with a euro frame weighs 15 pounds. Prints smaller than a 16 x 24 can be hung from a simple nail or screw into your wall.
Q: What’s the best way to clean my metal print?
A: Our metal prints clean best with Windex or any glass cleaner. For tough to remove smudges like fingerprints, you can use rubbing alcohol. Our prints are waterproof and extremely durable. They can even be cleaned with acetone.
Q: Can your metal prints be hung outdoors?
A: Yes; However, direct, long exposure to sunlight may cause your print to fade within 8 months to a year.
Q: Can I ship my orders directly to my customer or family and friends?
A: Yes, we automatically drop ship “blind.” This means no packing slip or invoice included. At your request, we will provide an invoice, packing slip, or custom message.
Q: What services do you provide for my photo?
A: Our services encompass color adjustment, resizing, and providing valuable feedback on image quality. Additionally, we happily provide complimentary sample proofs for print orders exceeding 24 x 36 in size upon request. Minor retouching is included, while extensive Photoshop projects incur a fee of $45.
Q: Can I pick up my prints?
A: Yes, we offer free local pick up! When your order is completed, you will be notified to schedule a time to come by.
